Overview
Complete manuals in pdf format are available below. Current models include CS-1C, CS8B and CS8Pro NS. Older models such as the CS-1, CS-1B, CS-8 and CS8Pro will be listed in the legacy section. You may determine your model number by either looking at the Model/SN Label located on the back of your Comsifter or by viewing the model number listed in Maintenance > Information > Comsifter Information from the user interface.

Comsift has
the ability to view your ComSifter using a Remote Control program
that is temporarily run on a PC that is on the same network as your
ComSifter. Comsift may request this access to facilitate your
install or to help you troubleshoot a technical issue. If requested by Comsift Technical Support click the following link and when prompted to “Save or Run” click Run. A secure session will be set between Comsift and your PC. Comsift Support will then ask you for the User ID and Password. When the session is finished just close the program. There is no un-install program. |
